On-demand plumbing dispatch
AI can write and think, but it can’t crawl under your sink at 2am.
Every house is different, you need a licence, and old plumbers are retiring faster than new ones show up — so the pay goes up.
What FindPlumbers is
A burst pipe is not a quote request.
FindPlumbers is a dispatch app for right now. You describe what’s wrong, we find licensed plumbers near you who are working at this moment, and one of them accepts and drives over.
Licensed plumbers only
Every plumber submits their licence at signup. A human reviews it before they can take a single job.
A price ceiling you approve first
See the call-out fee, hourly rate, and maximum card hold before you request anyone.
Pay only for work done
We place a hold, not a charge. When the job finishes you're charged for the work actually done — itemised.
How it works
Two sides, six steps.
If you need a plumber
- 01
Describe the job
What’s wrong, a photo if it helps, and where. About two minutes.
- 02
Approve the price, then request
See call-out, hourly rate, and max hold. Nearby available plumbers get the offer.
- 03
Track, pay, rate
Watch them drive over, pay for work done, leave a rating.
If you are a plumber
- 01
Sign up and get approved
Phone, licence, bank for payouts. A human reviews the licence first.
- 02
Go available
Jobs near you arrive with address, problem, and money. Accept or decline.
- 03
Do the work, get paid
Itemise, complete, payout lands — no chasing invoices.
Money, up front
You approve the ceiling before anyone drives over.
Emergency plumbing has a reputation problem: the price appears after the work. FindPlumbers reverses it. The call-out fee, the hourly rate, and the maximum your card can be held for are on screen before you request — and the hold only becomes a charge for work actually done, line by line.
Payments run on Stripe. Plumbers are paid out per job; tips go to the plumber, whole.
Authorization — not a charge
Hold placed via Stripe when you request. Released in full if no one accepts.
While they're coming
You always know where the job stands.
Accepted, en route, arrived, in progress, done — the booking moves through real states, and you see each one the moment it happens. Message the plumber in the app, watch the Live Activity on your lock screen, and when it’s finished, the itemised bill is already there.
- In-app messaging with your plumber
- Live Activity status on the iOS lock screen
- Itemised completion bill, then rate and tip
For plumbers
The trade is shrinking. Your rate shouldn’t.
Licensed plumbers are retiring faster than apprentices replace them. That scarcity is your leverage — FindPlumbers turns it into work you choose, at rates you see before you accept, paid out without invoicing anyone.
You see the money first
Every offer arrives with the address, the problem, and what it pays. Accept or decline — no penalty box, no acceptance-rate games.
Paid per job, automatically
Itemise the work, mark it complete, and the payout lands through Stripe. Tips are yours, whole.
Your licence is the brand
A human verifies every licence before the first job. The badge on your profile means something because everyone on the platform has one.
Bring another plumber, both of you win
Approved plumbers get an invite code. Your recruit works their first paid job with no platform fee, and you get a fixed cash transfer after it completes. No points, no wallet — money.

Before you ask
Is every plumber actually licensed?
Yes. Licence number, province, expiry, and photos of the physical licence are submitted at signup and reviewed by a human before a plumber can see a single job. Expired or unverifiable licences don’t get through.
What does it cost to request someone?
Requesting is free. You approve the call-out fee, hourly rate, and a maximum hold before anything is placed on your card — and you’re only charged for work actually done, itemised.
What if no one accepts?
Your card hold is released and you’ve lost nothing. We’re honest about this: we launch neighbourhood by neighbourhood so that when you request, someone real is nearby and on duty.
Can I cancel?
Yes — before work starts, from the booking screen. If a job goes wrong, there’s a dispute path in the app and a human reads it.
How do plumbers get paid?
Through Stripe, per job, after marking the work complete. Tips go to the plumber in full.
How do I delete my account?
In the app under Settings, or from findplumbers.app/delete-account — no app required. Deletion removes you and your data.

A dispatch app is only worth having if someone answers. We launch where we can promise that. Licensed plumbers who want in: email support@findplumbers.world.
